Banana Nut Muffins

Try this tasty treat! Banana walnut muffins. These delicious muffins are great for breakfast, a snack, and to serve to your friends.

Ingredients:














1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
3-4 mashed bananas
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chopped walnuts

Prep time: 15 minuets
Bake time: 25-27 minuets

Directions:


First cream butter and sugar. Then add the eggs, mashed bananas, and lemon juice.
 
Next add the flour (1 cup at a time), baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
 In the end, batter should look like the picture above.
Scoop 1/3 of a cup of the batter into greased muffin tins.
Sprinkle walnuts on batter. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-27 minuets.
