Loaded Granola

This granola recipe is the best. It has something everyone loves mixed into one... it's loaded! Don't be afraid to make it despite all the ingredients, it is so easy. Here's the amazing recipe!

Prep: 20 min
Cook time: 1 hour

What you need:
5 cups of oats
2 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1 cup of pecans
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of dried cranberries (optional)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2/3 cup of honey
1 cup of applesauce
2 tablespoons of oil

Directions:

Mix all the nuts with the oats. But before mixing the walnuts and pecans, lightly chop them.
Add the coconut and cranberries.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Half way done!
Warm honey, applesauce, and oil in small pot. I would suggest putting oil in the pot first so it doesn't gather at the top.
Pour warm mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir well. Equally spread this out into 2 9x13 inch pans. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. This stirring part is very important because we don't want the granola to stick together in clumps. This is my favorite, and I hope it becomes yours!
