Ab Workout

This ab workout is truly amazing! I have done it for three days and I already notice a difference. The great thing about this workout is when you stop "feeling the burn" you add more. I can feel it always, it's like a reminder that I've done it and I will do it. It is perfect for procrastinators like myself. I hope you try it out, and tell me what you think!!

  • Crunches
  • Situps
  • V-ups
  • Straddle-ups
  • Pike-ups
  • Hollow Body
Do two of each (two seconds for hollow body) and then start over doing four of each; then six; then eight; and then ten. Do a twenty second cool-down between six and eight.
