Smoothie Recipes

Lately I've been loving smoothies. I have three of my recipes to share with you today, all favorites of mine! And here they are:

Mango + Banana:
1 serving
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup of frozen mango 
  • 1 cup of orange juice
Blend all ingredients in your blender for 2 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds.

PB + Banana:
1 serving
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice
Blend banana, peanut butter, and milk in blender. Add ice after completely smooth. Blend for 1 minute. 

Berry:
1-2 servings
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt
Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

Very delicious and easy smoothies. I hope everyone tries them out! Love you all!
