Tissue Paper Banner Tutorial

Hello, hello, hello! Welcome back to Who's Anna Grace! I'm so happy to have you here!

Tissue paper banners are great for decorations because you can do so much with them. They are super easy to make and also a ton of fun. Let's get to it!

What you will need:
  • Tissue paper (three or more colors)
  • Scissors
  • Tape
  • Ribbon, string, etc.
Directions:

Fold over the piece of tissue paper in half then cut it down the middle.
Cut about 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips up to the fold. Leave a 1 1/2 inch space at the top.
Open up the fold and scrunch up the paper.
Twist the scrunched paper.
Fold it in half again and tape the bottom half of the loop. Then you have the loop to put the string through.
Make about 10 or 15 of them and string onto the ribbon. Tape up and you're finished! Have fun with it and be sure to share!

Shout out to Lexi for her help making this tutorial!
